This week, McDonalds takes the win by bringing back Szechuan Sauce for a one-day promotion following clout from the show Rick & Morty, showing that this is massive brand still keeps its ear to the street and highly values consumer feedback.
On the losing side, we have Ogilvy & Mather, who published a racially insensitive ad for one of their top clients - Dove. The client had to apologize for their agency's mistake - never a good sign!
